- Overnight Painting Strategy – crews worked exclusively outside of opening hours to avoid operational disruption and ensure wet paint was dry before employees and guests arrived the next day.
- Standardized Multisite Workplans – Arch Painting created consistent processes, reporting and quality control checks across all participating locations. With more than 800 crews nationwide, Arch Painting was able to staff multiple sites simultaneously and maintain a rapid project cadence.
- Safety and Cleanliness Protocols – all crews followed strict guidelines for ventilation, containment, and project cleanup to ensure the restaurants were able to open each morning, ready for business.
Results:
With close coordination and large-scale mobilization, Arch Painting successfully refreshed multiple restaurant locations across the country without impacting guest experience of operational flow.
- Interior walls – Considering the timing of painting and ensuring the paint would be dry before customers arrive, high traffic interior walls were painted strategically to avoid downtime. Durable finishes were applied to withstand heavy wear and tear.
- Bar tops resurfacing – Arch Painting renovated the bar tops at many of this chain’s locations. The team sanded down the existing bar, re-stained the surface, and then finished with a coat of polyurethane.
- Exterior facade refresh – The exterior of a restaurant is the first impression customers see. Curb appeal is important to welcoming diners and driving business. Arch Painting power washed, and repainted the exterior of multiple locations, ensuring the chain restaurant exudes the welcoming atmosphere it is known for.
