Assisted Living Facility
After Hurricane Helene swept through Seminole, Florida, an area assisted living facility faced extensive interior damage across 150 residential units. Arch Painting received an urgent call to assist, and within 24 hours, we had finalized a quote and scheduled the work. Our team of commercial painters started just two days later, ready to help the community recover and rebuild.
First, we ensured the property was prepared for renovation, with all damaged drywall and insulation removed. Our role was to restore each unit by reinstalling insulation, drywall, floorboards, and paint to bring every room back to its pre-storm condition. This project was particularly personal because all of our commercial painting contractors were local to the impacted area; they took great pride in being part of the community’s recovery efforts.
Our restoration process included installing sheetrock and insulation along with applying mud, tape, and texture to match the existing surfaces. For consistency, our commercial painting team used a hopper gun to match the previous texture, ensuring each room looked and felt like home again. Each day, our interior commercial painters meticulously cleaned up and protected the site with plastic sheeting to safeguard the units, residents, and surrounding spaces from dust and debris.
The project was more than just a restoration; it was about bringing people back home after a crisis. Because they were local, our commercial painting contractors were on-site daily, helping residents recover as quickly as possible.
