Medical Supply Company
A leading medical supply company recently partnered with Arch Painting to restore and revitalize its facilities across the United States. The goal was to update the building’s appearance with a new color scheme while addressing structural issues and ensuring long-lasting protection.
The project began with an extensive power washing of the building’s exterior. This included the elevation walls, windows, doors, awnings, loading dock areas, and adjacent sidewalks. A masonry detergent and mildew remover ensured a deep clean, targeting surface rust stains and other debris. Arch commercial painting crews scrubbed and power washed each surface, removing any dirt, rust, and loose coatings to prepare for painting.
After cleaning, the building was water proofed by applying sealant where necessary. To guarantee the longevity of the repairs the surfaces were primed to enhance paint adhesion.
With the building prepped, Arch commercial painters then applied two coats of exterior acrylic latex, giving the walls a durable and vibrant finish. The medical supply company chose an updated color scheme. This palette was carefully matched and applied, significantly improving the building’s overall look.
Finally, the Arch commercial painters refreshed the metal roof coping, staircases, and door frames by scuff sanding, caulking, and priming them. Two coats of industrial-grade enamel provided a semi-gloss finish, protecting these surfaces from future wear and tear.

Our exterior commercial painters revitalized this facility with a fresh, modern look while ensuring long-term protection. By carefully planning a phased approach, the Arch team minimized disruptions to the medical supply company’s daily operations, demonstrating its commitment to efficiency and professionalism.
