Arch Painting, Inc. Pizza Oven Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Arch Painting, Inc. wants to kickoff the summer season by giving away five (5) Giantex
Outdoor Pizza Ovens (“Outdoor Pizza Ovens”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. All Federal, State, Local, and Municipal Laws and Regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility:

The Arch Painting Pizza Oven Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by Arch Painting, Inc. (“Arch Painting”), One Presidential Way, Suite 109, Woburn, MA 01801.

How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, you must request a free residential paint quote from Arch Painting when you call 1-844-Arch Painting (844-272-4724). To qualify, be sure to mention “Pizza Oven”. You will be automatically entered to win one of the Outdoor Pizza Ovens. There is a limit of one entry per person. The giveaway closes on June 30, 2025.

Prize: 

Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn to win one of the five (5) Outdoor Pizza Ovens. Only one prize per eligible individual. Arch Painting’s employees, and their households, are not eligible to win a prize.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided to an Arch Painting representative when calling 1-844-Arch Painting (844-272-4724) upon requesting a residential quote within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner selected.

General Conditions:  

Arch Painting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Arch Painting’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Arch Painting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Release and Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arch Painting, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of participation in the Giveaway.

By participating in this Giveaway, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
