Arch Painting, Inc. Veteran Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Arch Painting, Inc. Veteran Giveaway is designed to reward veterans who have given so much to our country. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. All Federal, State, Local, and Municipal Laws and Regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility:

The Arch Painting Veteran Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to any veteran of the United States Armed Forces who resides within the New England area (Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island). The Giveaway is only available to veterans who have been honorably discharged. All winners will be required to produce a DD Form 214 to confirm their veteran status, as well as discharge status. The Giveaway is not available to active-duty personnel.

To be considered for one of the prizes described below, you must be actively teaching in the United States.

Sponsor:

The Giveaway is being sponsored by Arch Painting, Inc. (“Arch Painting”), One Presidential Way, Suite 109, Woburn, MA 01801.

How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, you must complete the nomination form available on the Arch Painting website (archpainting.com). The form must include the nominated veteran’s information, the contact details of the person submitting the nomination, and a detailed explanation as to why said veteran should win. Veterans may nominate themselves. There is a limit of one entry per person.

The Nominee may receive additional entries as follows:

The Nominee, or the person who made the nomination, by

• Following Arch Painting on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
• Liking Arch Painting’s Giveaway posts;
• Sharing the Giveaway in their stories and on their feed, tagging Arch Painting.
• Each action (follow, like, share and tag) will count as one additional entry.

Prize: 

Five (5) winners will be selected to have the interior of two (2) rooms painted for free. This includes walls, ceilings, doors and trim. This does not include drywall repairs or vinyl wall coverings. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided at Arch Painting’s sole discretion. Only one prize per eligible individual. Arch Painting’s employees, and their households, are not eligible to win a prize.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the nomination form within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

General Conditions:  

Arch Painting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Arch Painting’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Arch Painting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If the winner is a tenant, Arch Painting will require written permission from the landlord to proceed with the painting.

Arch Painting will also be sending a videographer and photographer to capture the painting project and all winners must agree, in writing, to be photographed, and to allow those photographs or videos to be distributed for marketing purposes.

Release and Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arch Painting, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of participation in the Giveaway.
