Here is how it works: Arch Painting worked with the local facilities managers for each campus to enter the schematics for each unit into Arch Painting’s proprietary technology platform. The standard scope of work and paint colors are agreed and entered into the system. Pricing for the standard scope is agreed for each unit, along with additional add-ons that might be needed. When it comes time for one or more locations to be painted, the facilities manager, using a customized, yet simple, app or external form, selects the location, the scope of work needing to be painted – interior or exterior, walls, ceiling, trim, etc., – and any required additional add-ons, and date for completion.

Arch Painting’s project manager is automatically alerted, the contract is auto-generated and a crew is scheduled and can be onsite within days – often as fast as within 24 hours.

The time saved by Arch Painting using technology to automate the administration of paperwork, estimates, work orders and contracts means that work can be completed before other contractors are even able to schedule a walkthrough.
