National Assisted Living Facility

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. engaged us for a comprehensive commercial exterior painting project at their Emerson location. This project involved exterior painting, stucco repair, stucco patching, and pressure washing. The project aimed to enhance the property’s curb appeal and maintain its structural integrity.

The areas covered in this project included the stucco, trim, fascia, carport, front, sides, back of the building, columns, and painted doors, all of which were completed within a two-week timeline

The Arch Painting team meticulously pressure washed the building to ensure a clean surface for the subsequent work. We protected non-paint areas with plastic and drop cloths before scraping and patching loose and peeling stucco. For the exterior painting, we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Loxon paint to all stucco surfaces and two coats of Sherwin Williams Latitude to the PVC trim, fascia, and other previously painted surfaces.

Working during traditional business hours, we coordinated closely with the Regional Maintenance Technician, to minimize disruption to the residents and staff. Daily communication with our Project Manager and the Regional Maintenance team ensured that our progress was smooth and any issues were promptly addressed.

This project, which falls perfectly within our expertise, not only refreshed the appearance of the assisted living property but also demonstrated our capability to handle complex exterior renovations with minimal disruption. Additionally, our ongoing relationship with Brookdale Senior Living Inc. includes unit turns and interior work, showcasing our versatility and commitment to their maintenance needs.

Overall, this project highlighted our efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality results within a tight schedule, ultimately enhancing the aesthetic appeal and protection of the property.
