The Challenge:

The national beauty and personal care products retailer is updating lighting across their stores to improve energy efficiency and ambiance which requires drywall repair and ceiling painting where the old lights were located.

Scope of Work:

The Arch Painting commercial team worked overnight, patching holes in the ceiling from the previous recessed lighting. They worked after hours so that the store could remain open during regular business hours, minimizing disruption to their daily operations.

In addition to working around business hours, we coordinated with the client, and the electrician, daily to ensure a safe and projective jobsite was maintained at all times. The Jobsite Supervisor was onsite during all working hours to keep the project schedule on track. We also had our assistant project manager make daily visits to check the quality of work from the night before.

We finished this specific retail store location on time and will be continuing with 19 additional locations before the project will be complete. Our project manager, John Danner, met with the crew to discuss the scope of work and go over expectations and requirements as this was at a casino, while most of the other locations are in shopping malls.

Project Completion:

The client was not only happy with the quality of work by the Arch Painting team but also mentioned how responsive we were in terms of communication, updates, change orders, etc.
